NHRC created and maintains this list of servicer escalation contacts. These escalation options are for housing counselors only and should not be shared with anyone who is not working with a HUD-approved housing counseling agency. Once you download the Excel spreadsheet, you will be prompted to enter the password to view the document. If you need the password, please email Ellie Pepper at epepper@hsgcenter.org.
